Lead Poet & Co-Founder
Award-winning poet featured in The Paris Review, Poetry Magazine, and The New Yorker. Theona started InkSpeaks to build the writing community she always wished she had. Her books have sold over 100,000 copies around the world.
Kate Ellington
Fiction Editor & Workshop Lead
Author of three novels and a National Book Award pick. Kate leads our fiction editing program and book workshops. She knows how to help writers bring out their best work.
Noah Bennett
Workshop Director
Trained at the Iowa Writers' Workshop. Noah builds and leads our writing workshops, retreats, and online classes. He believes in pushing writers forward with real encouragement and strong skills.
Alina Novak

Alina picks the poems for our anthology and hosts our monthly open-mic nights. Her own poetry has been translated into twelve languages. She brings a world view to everything she does.
